About Us

Causey Estates is a small, tight-knit community of about 150 properties. The association enjoys private, gated access to over 1500 acres of common ground, surrounded by beautiful scenery adjacent to Causey Reservoir, near Huntsville, Utah, in an unincorporated area of Weber County. Beautiful Aspen trees and some conifers surround many lots in the neighborhood, offering privacy and seclusion. Located roughly three miles south of Causey Reservoir and 13 miles east of Huntsville, Utah, Causey Estates is nestled high in the mountains above Causey Reservoir. Though access to Causey Estates is primarily for non-winter use, personal tracked vehicles help make winter visits possible. Lot owners must purchase and install their own septic tanks, and electric service is available, though each owner is responsible for installation and establishing service with Rocky Mountain Power. Cell service is available in several locations throughout the community, though not guaranteed, and several owners have satellite WiFi to make calls or to enjoy internet access. Natural gas is not available, but many owners have established propane service at their properties.
